What can be better to get you up and moving in the morning than some good breakfast?! Toast is always yummy, but I wanted to spice things up a bit AND make it gluten free and healthy! All you need is a sweet potato and some creativity to top your toast!
So, who here likes pasta but doesn't want to eat all the carbs and heavy cream?! I'm a huge Alfredo fan, but usually the sauce is heavy and makes me feel bad after so what better way to get the creamy flavor without the bad fats by using avocado!
Lox of Luvvvv. One of my favorite quick and easy breakfast in the morning would have to be a toast and avocado combo. I love using avocado as a substitute for butter because 1) it's so creamy and 2) it's green so it has to be healthy right?!
