The perfect quick and healthy meal prep for your weekly breakfast.. or dessert! These muffins are decadent and filled with protein that will keep you full all morning. They also are low in sugar and taste amazingly good! Whether you're feeding yourself, your family, or your friends, I bet you can't stop at just eating one.
This recipe can be made with or without protein powder. I added it for extra heath benefits after working out, but it can be made the same way without it! If you do decide to use protein, PEScience is one of my favorites!!
3 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Milk (I used vanilla unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 Nut Butter
1/4 cup Agave or Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
3 Cups of Oats
2 Scoops of Protein Powder (I used PEScience Peanut Butter Cup)
3/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips (or any other toppings you would like to add!)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease the muffin tin
Mash bananas in large bowl and add all ingredients (milk, eggs, nut butter, vanilla, baking soda, oats, protein powder (optional), and chocolate chips)
Fill muffin tins with mixture and bake for around 25 min
