Have you ever craved a decadent breakfast without the calories or added sugar? I know I have. What if I told you you could eat pancakes every morning equivalent to eating oatmeal?? Sounds like a deal right?
3/4 cup Gluten Free Quick Oats
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 container of Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Siggi's)
1 ripe Banana
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Place all your ingredients in a blender (Nutribullet does the trick!!) and blend until smooth. If consistency is too runny add more oats or if you like denser pancakes
Heat pan, grease, and add pancake mixture
Add blueberries to the cooking pancake or whatever toppings you want!
**I added chocolate chips for something a little more sweet, and some agave syrup**
