Hi it's me here. Craving something sweet yet again.
These cookies are a staple for my roommate and I. Requiring very minimal ingredients and time, they're the perfect amount of sweet to satisfy the craving. Plus they're gluten free and can be made as protein cookies as well!
2 Cups of Quick Oats
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Powder or Protein Powder if you want to make it healthier)
Splash of Almond Milk- to make the cookies moist and stick together
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash bananas, add ingredients in a bowl together and mix well
