Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

I love a good chocolate chip muffin, especially ones that taste just like banana bread! The best part about these muffins are they have NO ADDED SUGAR! To make this an easier and quick recipe I used my favorite protein pancake super food mix... Kodiak Cakes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Kodiak Cakes Power Mix

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease your muffin tin.

  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth

  3. Fill Muffin cups evenly (10-12 muffins)

  4. Bake for 22-25 min or until tops are slightly golden!
