Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Balls

Healthy-ish Cookie Dough?! Give me a jar! These chocolate chip cookie protein balls are perfect for dessert AND a post work out snack! They are grain free and made with only a few ingredients. Simple enough right?!

Ingredients (Makes 18): 125 Calories, 8g Fat, 5g Protein, 5g Sugar, 8g Carbs

  • 1.5 Scoops of Designer Protein Vanilla Whey

  • 1 Cup Almond Meal

  • 1/2 Cup Nut Butter (I used Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter)

  • 1/8 Cup Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips


  1. Place protein powder and almond meal together and mix

  2. Add in nut butter and honey and mix again. At this point the batter should be just like cookie dough.

  3. Finally, add in chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out dough into your palms and roll into balls

  4. Place in fridge! (optional)
