Flourless Chickpea Blondies

Craving something sweet, but trying to get ready for bikini season? These Blondies are made with chickpeas, almond butter, agave, and chocolate chips!

The best part about these treats are they are healthy and provide a whole lot of protein minus the dragging feeling you normally get when eating sugary carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15z) can of Chickpeas drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup Almond butter

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 1 Tbsp Almond Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 8 inch pan

  2. Put all ingredients besides the chocolate chips in a food processor or a blender (I used my nutribullet!) and blend until creamy

  3. Add chocolate chips and mix in by hand

  4. Pour mixture in the pan and sprinkle the top with some added chocolate chips

  5. Bake for 25-30 min or until edges pull away from the side of the pan and the top is golden brown

  6. Enjoy!
