Lemon Pepper Salmon

1/4 Cup chopped Shallots
1/4 Cup drained Capers
1 Tbsp Dill
1 Filet of Salmon
2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic
Preheat oven to 425°F and place a large sheet of foil on baking sheet. Spray foil with vegetable oil spray.
Mix shallots, capers and dill in small bowl
Place salmon on foil; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning. Spread shallot mixture over salmon and top with lemon wedges.
Fold up foil edges to enclose salmon and seal.
Bake the salmon just until opaque in center, about 24 minutes. Open the foil and transfer salmon to platter
