Nutella French Toast Bake
Don't you just love breakfast? I think it is possibly my favorite meal of the day! And I love a good french toast, but the work required to make a fancy stuffed french toast isn't part of my daily routine. Luckily I found a way to make an easy and yummy french toast BAKE! It even looks like I slaved in the kitchen for hours. How does that sound? I think great.. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
two cups milk (you can use whole or cream to make it richer, I used skim to make it lower in fat!)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave (can use maple syrup too)
1 loaf of Brioche sliced into 10 slices
Nutella
Butter
Directions:
Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, and vanilla extract and set aside
Spread five slices of bread generously with Nutella and top with another slice each to make five sandwiches
Cut each diagonally into quarters. Soak each quarter in custard mixture, flipping to coat evenly
Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Pour the rest of the custard over the top and dot the top with butter
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown
