Sun Dried Tomato, Goat Cheese, and Pesto Turkey Burgers
I love a good burger, especially with all the right toppings! They're super quick and easy to throw straight on the grill or cook with a pan.

Ingredients (Makes around 4 burgers):
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 cup Spinach
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/4 cup diced onion
Goat Cheese
Pesto
Sun dried Tomatoes
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, spinach, onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
Heat the grille and cook the patties on Medium High for 4 min per side
Serve on a bun with goat cheese, pesto, and sun dried tomatoes!
