Sweet Potato Fries
I love sweet potato fries! They are full of flavor, healthy, and have great added nutrition. They are an excellent source of vitamin A, a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6! All in one simple food! They make great sides, especially when you're in the mood for some fries!

Ingredients (Makes around 2 Large Sheets of Fries):
Two Large Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper (depending on how spicy you want them!)
1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder (depending how spicy you want them!!)
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
Olive Oil
Agave or Honey
Directions:
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/2 in fries
Coat the fries in olive oil and evenly distribute the spices over the fries
Preheat oven to 425F and bake fries for 20-25 min total, flipping fries once
For the last 3 mins, take fries out and drizzle with honey or agave, then put back in the oven and broil on high to make crispy
Serve!
