Tuna Patties
Canned Tuna is inexpensive and packed with protein. Each serving contains less than 1 gram of fat and only about 100 calories. It also has good sources of iron and potassium. Great on their own or on a bun, these are perfect for lunch or dinner! Did I mention they're also gluten free or paleo!? Try them out!

Ingredients:
1 12 oz can Tuna
1 Egg
1/2 cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (you can also use almond flour to make this paleo!)
1/4 cup chopped Green Onion
1/3 cup chopped Red Onion
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients
Shape mixture into 5 patties
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Place patties in pan and cook 3-4 min each side or until brown and crispy
Serve!
**I topped mine with plain greek yogurt and hot sauce!**
