Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Bowl
Whole 30 and Paleo approved Cinnamon Apple "Oatmeal" without the oats! A delicious and healthy way to start your morning with healthy fats and carbohydrates.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 small apple peeled and diced
1/3 cup of lite coconut milk
1/2 cup of chopped pecans and almonds
1½ tsp of cinnamon
3 tbsp of shredded unsweetened coconut
TOPPINGS:
Sliced bananas
Blueberries- or fruit of your choice
Nut butter
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and cook the apples and nuts for a minute or so until the apples soften and the nuts start to brown
Stir in the coconut milk and mix well
Add the shredded coconut and spices. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes until the mixture is thick and creamy
Top with sliced bananas, berries, and nut butter
