Greek Kebobs with dairy free Tzatziki Sauce

Spring is coming! What perfect way to eat healthy and easy, by starting your grill and cooking up some Kebobs!


  • 1/4 cup

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeeze lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon chile powder

  • 3 large garlic cloves minced


  • 2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces

  • 2 large green bell peppers cut into 3/4 inch chunks

  • 1 large sized red onion cut into 3/4 inch chunks

  • 2 large zucchinis cut into 1/2 inch pieces


  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least an hour before grilling to prevent them from burning

  2. Add all of the ingredients needed for the marinade to a small bowl or measuring cup and whisk to combine. Pour the marinade inside a large zip lock bag and add the chicken pieces to the bag. Seal and let marinate the chicken marinate for 24 hours

  3. Thread the chicken pieces, peppers, zucchini and onions onto the skewers alternating between the chicken and vegetables

  4. Heat grill on medium high and add skewers

  5. Rotate to cook all sides evenly

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 can of cocounut milk

  • 1 cucumber diced

  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Leave coconut milk in the fridge for 24 hours to let the liquid separate from the solid

  2. Mix the solid coconut milk with diced cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper
