Southern But Skinny Banana Pudding

I love some good banana pudding, but boy is it full calories and sugar! I created some Southern & Skinny Banana Pudding that cuts back the calories while keeping the flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Can of Condensed Milk 14oz

  • 12 ounce container of Lite Whipped Topping

  • 1 Box Vanilla Wafers

  • 6-8 Bananas

  • 2 Cups Milk

  • 1 Box Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding

  • 1 8oz 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese

Directions:

  1. Line a 13x9 inch pan with Vanilla Wafers and layer bananas on top

  2. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer

  3. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together

  4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture

  5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended

  6. Pour the mixture over the wafers and bananas and cover with the remaining wafers

  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve (best if you let it sit for 8 or more hours!)
